Mahler at the Konserthuset in Stockholm

The Stockholm Konserthuset’s Mahler series is in full swing, presenting all of Mahler’s orchestral works in just 12 days. Eight orchestras join together to present this tightly packed presentation of Mahler’s music. 

The series is accompanied by a large exhibition and a 200 page programme book, created together with Henry-Louis de La Grange.

Swedish Radio is recording all the symphonies, some of which will be broadcast live.

Mahler at the Proms

This year’s BBC Proms have a number of concerts of Mahler’s music. Matthias Goerne, Jonathan Nott, David Robertson, Dawn Upshaw, Bernard Haitink and Riccardo Chailly take their respective turns on stage at the Royal Albert Hall.
